Fleeting Feelings

A roaring ocean beneath the sky,
Wave after wave pass me by.
Night arrives, the silvery orb looks pale.

A shining Knight with his prized sword,
A passenger train which none would board – Pages torn off a glorious fairy tale.

A frozen teardrop; the lake of fire,
A trail of light; my heart’s desire –
Numbing thoughts all lose their ways.

Dreams are born and then they die,
life looks glum, He bids goodbye.
Time to go back to those forgotten days.
